Fresh eggs are a natural food part of many healthy diets with important nutritional properties.
We have the most modern technology for the grading and packing processes, allowing that the fast logistic system ensures the product freshness.
We offer the traditional eggs sorted by size: XL/L/M/S.
Hens live on the ground. They have nests, perches, litter and a density of no more than 9 hens per m2
Our free range eggs are produced at farms located in the most favorable rural environments, which translates into greater tranquility and quality of life for our animals, thanks to the good work of our farmers.
Hens move freely and have continuous daytime access to outdoors, a minimum of 4m2 free space for each of it. Our veterinarians and nutritionists monitor their feed that are made at our own cereal grinders.
Contact with the field and a diet based on cereals, gives the egg of these hens a special flavor.
Quail eggs are small and speckled eggs, high in vitamins and minerals. Despite its small size, its nutritional value is three to four times higher than chicken eggs.
Quail eggs are richer in vitamins and minerals compared to chicken eggs. Quail eggs contain 13 per cent protein compared to 11 per cent found in chicken eggs. They also contain 140 per cent of Vitamin B1, compared to 50 per cent found in chicken eggs.
In addition, quail eggs provide five times more iron and potassium.
Hens move around the fields freely where no chemical fertilisers or pesticides have been used. They also are fed from ecological agriculture.
Hard-boiled eggs: Hard-boiled and painted with a protective layer to preserve them for up to 40 days with all their nutritional properties. Our boiling process ensure a better egg protein digestion. Retail and industry formats.
Egg White / Egg Yolk / Mixed: Product obtained from the chicken egg, liquid, homogenized and pasteurized. Salmonella-free. High protein content, low in fat, ideal for sports-people, slimming diets and as an ingredient in your favorite recipes.
Egg Albumen / Egg Yolk / Whole Egg Powder: Ingredients suitable for confectionery, the bakery, mayonnaise, pasta, ice cream and the meat industries. We offer customized solutions for our customers.
All efforts are invested in the department: from controlling the integrated subprocesses in our company, to receiving and manufacturing feed for our animals, which are controlled both on a nutritional and a microbiological level, accepting healthy animals and, finally, applying the largest microbiological and chemical control of fresh eggs, guaranteeing 100% safe food.
